Mark Charles, a dual citizen of the United States and the Navajo Nation, is running as an Independent candidate for the office of President of the United States. And on Monday, August 26 at 5 PM he will host a Meet and Greet in Kyle, SD on the Pine Ridge reservation.
Last week Mark participated in the Frank LaMere Native American Presidential Forum in Sioux City, IA along with 10 other candidates including Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Marianne Williamson and Julian Castro. Following the forum Esquire published an article titled “Elizabeth Warren Was Well-Received at the Native American Presidential Forum. Mark Charles Was the Main Event.” On Friday August 23, Mark was also a guest on Democracy Now.
At the Meet and Greet, Mark will lay out his Campaign Vision for building a nation where “We the People” truly means #AllThePeople. There will also be an opportunity for Q & A with the candidate. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
